The graduated rate system
is to encourage smaller travel parties. No matter how many are in
your party, guests have the entire property to themselves.

Minimum stay is one week.

Maximum occupancy is six
people.

Because of open stairs
and unfenced pool, the Vervain Mill is not recommended for children
under 13 years of age.

Smoking is permitted
outside only.

A deposit of one-half the
rental is required to hold a booking. The remainder is due thirty
days prior to arrival.
